About me
I grew up in an Italian family and my mom is an amazing cook. She would prepare most meals from memory or how grandma used to make them. Thankfully, my own family also enjoys eating. They will try anything and are very supportive. I will get a craving for something, gather recipes all week, intermix them to my liking and spend the weekend slicing, dicing and creating a wonderful meal. I also bake (especially around the holidays) and love to entertain. I always like to use fresh ingredients, and take my time preparing (when time allows). I'm not much into prepared foods and enjoy all types of cuisine. In the future, I would like to try my hand on preserving foods and such.
