About me
I'm a cake decorator/caterer from Knoxville, TN. I live with my husband of 23 years and my son, 16. We love food, and love to eat out a lot. I enjoy nothing more than shopping for, preparing and serving a great meal. We have a good-sized garden strip from which we cook lots of vegetable dishes. The cake decorating is a hobby-turned-income for me now, and custom desserts accentuate the meals I serve. I really like to decorate cakes and admire other's decorating work as well. Catering is a huge challenge each time, but the happy people you meet and serve make it worth the challenge.... I enjoy all the foodie pals and recipes here on Group Recipes! --Kn0x--

Hey Knoxcop! Excellent news on the salisbury steak of jj's! :) I rarely use straight ground beef, anymore, even in the recipes I post that "call" for it... I nearly always use venison or a blend with just a teeny bit of ground beef. :) Anyway, glad I could help and thanks for letting me know! :)

I make this also. But I use walnuts instead of almonds.I give this as food gifts every year at Christmas time.
