My husband Jim, and I, are so excited to be a part of this wonderful food and friends site. We are rising above the "muck and the mire" to discover the awe inspiring world of cooking. There is nothing sweeter to me than to see someone's eyes light up as they enjoy a meal I've prepared, whether it's a "Walter family" recipe or one of the hundreds I've fallen in love with from this site as well as others!! We are, extremely recently, discovering the power of eating healthy and delicious......what a marvelous idea!!! Eating should be like a disco in your mouth, not only a super groovy taste, but also, a sensation of colors, smells and sound that fills your head with thoughts of pleasure and excitement!! As we discover the "truth" in becoming healthier (hard work and patience), we embark on a journey into the unknown.......................please, join us!!
