About me
Hello All! I grew up bouncing around the US (and the world) thanks to the US Army. Learned to cook from my Mom--she could stomp Martha any day--but I have yet to get there. Over the past 2 years my family has been learning how to cook without wheat, soy and egg due to food allergies that have arisen and let me tell you--this is no easy task. Any suggestions are welcome and I'll try and post a few things that have worked well for us.
