About me
So I'm new to group recipes and very young, but I cook for two growing and very hungry brothers and a father with a monstrous appetite. If I've found inspiration in a cookbook, I'll give credit where credit is due. But rest assured, I've improved the recipe before I posted it. The kitchen is my refuge and I love to keep things simple, cheap and tasty. I hope you enjoy.

I used to live in Dallas before taking off to China so I know all about the asian pear dilemma and have to say I've had to turn down buying two asian pears in order to get a pack cigarettes, hehe. There are some Korean bbq out here but it seems as the cuisine is meshed with a chinese/japanese style and not authentic Korean (sigh). If you have a good recipe for Jop Jae please share.
