About me
I really only got interested in cooking as my daughter got old enough to eat solid foods - about a year ago. Our entire family is lactose intolerant. My husband loves meat and I am practically a vegetarian - though not a declared vegetarian I rarely crave meat and often am turned off by it. I want my family to eat freah, organic, healthy vegetables and whole grains. I like to have one pot meals because it cuts down on bad habits like over-eating of simple carbs and under-eating of vegetables, legumes and nuts.
