I am a cook that if you take a recipe,Have 3 people cook same dish mine would be the best Not up myself am I? I have a Polish/Ukraine background & was bought up on Polish Bohemian (peasant farm) food My Mum is a great cook & I have inherited her good taste palate Did cook professionally in Restaurants in Sydney & in NY & Sth Hampton I was a private chef for very well to do family eg if husband came home with another They would hire out of work actors from Broadway to do silver service Kids never ate wit parents I never cooked for house staff Unbelievable experience
