About me
Never have I enjoyed cooking so much as I have since adopting the SCDiet! It demands all things freshly made - no packaged or processed food - so you either cook or starve. I opted for cooking, and haven't had this much flavor in my life since the 50's! The diet was created for Ulcerative Colitis, Crohns and Celiac Disease, but has become popular for Autism and IBS (and all other gut-related illnesses).
