I'm married, with 2 grown children and 7 grandchildren. My husband and I live in NE Texas with our kitty, Mr Boofuss. I love to cook anything! Right now, I'm on a special diet for rheumatoid arthritis, so I'm looking for alot of veggie recipes - staying away from dairy and red meats - hopefully!

Best Ever Zucchini Bread
Just tried this, it's in the oven now and smells great! Very easy, but I was out of apples so I substituted a pear, hope it works out!
