Oh yes, the drippings are what give it the taste of course the fat! You don't have to make a big casserole, try a small amount at first to see if it is your cup of tea!


Did you notice the Yorkshire Pudding by frostyone0164 post on today's recipes? That is what mine looks like when I make it with Prime Rib.

Gosh...haven't been to Penn Brewery in ages! Our fav German restaurant is Kleiner Deutschman out in Sharpsburg...an old pink Victorian that is gorgeous old German antiques throughout, Lederhosen on the men, dirndls on the women, and awesom German food and imported German beers. Not to mention the homemade desserts! We've taken many people there who then take other friends there...and so on and so on.....


That's what I thought but it never hurts to check! It sounds so great - I can't wait to make it. And yes, you did tell me Eagle Brand Condensed Milk. Thanks so much for the fast reply.


The way we make it is in the pan we cook the prime rib in and it is one big blob. After cooking, we spoon it out on to the plate with prime rib and make an au jus type gravy and spoon over the top of it. Wonderful stuff!


Just so you know that you did not have to point out that the recipe is for anyone. It is common knowledge. Chicken is sometimes a problem for the Bypass patient to digest, and we need the high protein and low fat in the foods. I had the bypass
I know. Also the Diabetic needs low fat low sodium andlow carbbohydrate.
