About me
I am 38 and about to celebrate my 2nd anniversary. I have always cooked for myself or dinner parties (1 or 10). I now have to cook for two or three (if my step son is with us). I enjoy easy southern recipes. Nothing real fancy or with too many ingredients. I like to try different things so that my family has a variety of foods to eat and not the same old same old all the time. Chicken...we eat a LOT of chicken! I am also a school teacher and Creative Memories Scrapbook consultant. I will try to submit some recipes soon. I stumbled upon the site while looking for a recipe and it looked like fun!

Glad you liked the Pineapple Fruit Salad Recipe. It's so easy and very good, you can use it was a holiday meal or as a dessert when you just want some quick and easy to make. Mix your pudding according to package directions. Hope your having a good evening. God Bless
