About me
I love to cook and bake for all my loved ones. i like to create new dishes and experiment much more than just following new recipes. i usually recreate them only using them as a rule of thumb. the healthier the better, though i am not a crunchy granola. i almost never resort to using canned vegetables or canned soups or any other kind of prepared food. i prefer using fresh herbs and try to keep some growing year round. both of my daughters have inherited my love for cooking and i frequently get calls requesting recipes or opinions. now they are sending me some of their own creations! oh yeah....i don't like to measure, so sharing my recipes can get a bit tricky!
