About me
Learning to like cooking all over again. Have time now to bake bread, and experiment with recipes. Cooking for 2 is challenging and cooking with a diabetic husband in mind sends me off looking for recipes. I collect cook books, (have about 3000 last count) and hundreds of leaflets and loose recipes. Have some very vintage books and some new (like the ones put out by civic or church groups no one ever puts their name on a BAD RECIPE.
