Hello, I thought I would clear up some of the questions you had regarding my Bruschetta recipe: Yes the beans I used were canned (in the ingredients I list them as 1 CAN of cannelloni beans), you could use the dry beans and just go through the steps of soaking and cooking them but I figured it'd be easier to buy the canned version. As for evoo, its extra-virgin olive oil (again I went the easier route and just typed it the short way in the recipe. Hope you enjoy it if you make it, its wonderful!
