About me
I so enjoy cooking, my family is always saying how great I am but, I feel I still have much to learn. I am proud mother of 4 wonderful and adorable children whom, I love with all my heart. Then we have my loving husband whom, I have been married to for 20 years this Aug. We have a truly beautiful cat called: spicy after, the kind of food I like. I also love to sail, buy art, spending time with my family, date nights with my husband, gardening , and experimenting with new recipes. I have been living in Spain for 2 years and I have gotten to love some of there dishes they offer.

Thank you for leaving nice comments on my prize winning pie crust..this is a recipe that I got from my Late Mother-in-law..
But...I'm finding that it is a very hard dough to work with... so if you have had problems in the past this might not be a good recipe to try...
I have another recipe a flaky pie crust that is a better one to work with and it does come out very flaky...
