About me
Hi, I am from Louisiana, so I love to eat! I enjoy cooking for family and friends. I consider myself to be an intermediate cook. Those who eat my cooking tell me it is better than I think it is, if that makes any sense. I am a proud father of 2 boys ages 27 and 31, been married to my lovely wife for 33 years, we have 3 grandsons ages 2,2 and 3 months. I work in the oil industry way out in the Gulf of Mexico.
