    This was a very nice lunch salad. I thought the fresh thyme was a bit overpowering but I didn't let it sit very long. I cooked my shrimp in a measuring cup with some water and some Old Bay for three minutes in the microwave rather than boil water on the stove top. I did use the lemon juice, too. I used butter lettuce leaves - my personal favorite - to serve this on. I think this would be a lot better chilled but I was too hungry to wait. I used chipotle chili powder rather than cayenne. Added to IMI 8/23/15.

    This is a fabulous idea and process. Just for electronic shopping carts you might want to add the crushed canned tomatoes to the ingredient list. When making a winter gumbo or jambalaya I add an orange peel that gets removed before serving. This brings out the festiveness of any dish.

    looks like it's been awhile between posts for you but i'm excited to be here together...

    she's secretly a pretty good cook...
    she made me some escarole and bean soup that is KILLER!~!
