Made this yesterday. Didn't go exactly by the destructions. My squash and zukes were suspect of having an off taste, after defrost.

Made a chicken boullion and tomato based rice soup and added the stir fry minus the vegetables. Added the corn starch liquid to thicken up the soup wonderfully.

Also added a half cup of brown sugar.

I need to make this again according to directions proper. Think it will turn out very good.

Hi Lancer. Thank you for accepting my buddy invite. I look forward to sharing recipes. I too have learned to appreciate cooking at home and prefer it over eating out. Being choosy is not always a bad thing:) Be prepared to have a great time here with friendly people and tons of recipes. Enjoy!

I also make various soups and breads and prefer my own cooking to what I can get out in a restaurant especially living in England. It is a much different experience eating out here compared to home and I know I can't get out what I make at home. Also love collecting cookbooks but running out of room. :)

Hi Lancer. I hope you like it here. It's a fun site. I'm a bit of a newby myself. I don't know how compatible you and I are in the tastes catagory. You eat yogurt and granola while I chow down on animal fat. lol. But if you'll be my foodie friend we'll see each other's new postings on our "my stuff" pages.
Thanks for your big honors on my Sweet Poison. It seems to have hit home with a lot of foodies. :^)
