    This was good but I thought there could have been more peaches as I had a lot of Jello mixture. I think four cups of peaches would be better. I could not find peach Jello so I used strawberry. I did serve this with whipped cream and I think it is better with it. Put it in IMI on 8/6/15.

    very good really tasty. I didn't use nuts I just sprinkled some around the edge. I was looking for a more cake like texture than this had. My attempt at making this cake resulted in a more bread like texture. I creamed my butter and sugar then added my eggs one at a time, I mixed the milk and bananas together. I whisked the dry ingredients together and then added that a 3rd at a time alternately with the banana mixture into the egg mixture. Baked as directed. very one thought it tasted good but they all agreed it was more like bread then cake.

    What, you may well ask, is authentic chili? Something with chilies and chile powder in it (a little cumin helps). I've lived in several small towns in Mexico and the number of different chili type dishes I've had is beyond counting. I've never posted a chili recipe because there is no chile recipe or there are 25,000,000 chile recipes, and counting. Just go crazy, have fun and enjoy your chili. Snow is for skiing on, not for clogging up the driveway. I want to go to the snow, not have the snow come to me. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but not their own facts.     A little madness is a good thing so why not beat both. However, being a husband who has drunk a few extra beers at times I might plead for mitigation. Maybe you could give him the part of the beer you don't use in the omelette? I always use a 750ml bottle. You think ingredients are hard to get where you are, try Samoa. I have to raise my own snails to get escargot (not a joke). A votra sante. RJ
