About me
I grew up with a working mom who loved the advent of TV dinners and fast food so have had to teach myself how to cook anything witih a personal library of various cookbooks full of handwritten notes and ratings I have come to cherish like friends. I often rely on a recipe for guidance but feel I have a knack for knowing what tastes very good. Most of the time my picky husband gives me two thumbs up! I have tried to inspire my college kids to love to cook and experiment and to enjoy the social perks of preparing food for others as a wonderful form of entertainment.
