About me
Always on the search for a great new recipe and test it out on my family. I was taught to cook *almost* everything in a cast iron pan, with lots of crisco and the potatoes or rice on the side must include gravy!! Unfortunately, that got me into alot of trouble. Aug 2006, I had lap-band surgery, lost 103 lbs and now need healthy, protein filled recipes. I cannot have rice, pasta, breads, tortillas (the fun carbs) but my family can... so I'll use them in moderation.
