About me
I love love love veggies and fruits and consider myself very adventurous, like try almost anything without meat adventurous. I love cooking and baking but don't get that much time to do it/experiment, because I'm usually throwing something together in a pinch. I'm looking forward to going home for spring break so mom can teach me some Iranian recipes, which we will make vegan (she's so good at using that tofu) and I will post soon! Other than that I love chocolate but am finding it difficult to find easily-accessible vegan chocolate. Why doesn't Publix carry this. Oh yea I made cookies the other day, and my roomies thought they were delicious, so I will post this recipe also. It's a take-off on the one on the oatmeal box...:) so excited about this website...
