    Hi Lcnaylor. Thank you for taking a look at my Shrimp Stir-fry. I'm not an expert, but I dug out my Joy of Chinese Cooking Cookbook. For stir-frying chicken I have used a few drops of Sesame Oil. For a wonderful sauce, after the chicken is cooked (in your case the shrimp) I sprinkle 1 Tbs. Rice Wine, and the following mixture: Mix together, 1 Tbs. Low-Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Salt (optional), and a pinch of pepper. Add to the stir-fry towards the end. Stir fry quickly over high heat. Only takes a minute. I hope this works for you. Take care.
