About me
I am a stay at home mom to a beautiful daughter and two rowdy boys. I loooove to cook - it is a stress releaser for me. However with someone always wanted to be held, cleaned, hugged, yelled at (haha) - dinners have become more difficult - I am looking for some easy but tasty recipes and am interested in learning how to do some once a week cooking (don't think I could get the once a month thing down for a while yet)
