About me
I am of Italian extraction married to a Greek man and living in Australia. I love cooking Italian and Greek food but also dabble in Indian and Asian on the odd occasion. There is much inspiration living in Melbourne. It is a city with many eateries and cafes to suit all different budgets. Coffee is really big here! Also our local chefs have quite a following with all the foodies. So it's great fun trying out new places and reading up on the latest star chefs. We also have a great annual food festival. Having said all that, I don't always get to eat out as I have a toddler! Cooking is also a challenge but I still try to bake on the odd occasion. Love baking bread and pizza!
