I have recently discovered I am allergic to all dairy and yeast ( including vinegar and foods that have seen or unseen mold--mushrooms/melons/dried fruit, etc.) YIKES!!! Are there any groups or individuals who can help me find recipes that fit BOTH? I will be your forever friend!!!
