Ban-ban Banana Bread

I made this last night I put it in a 8in round cake pan and I added almonnd extract and frosted it with vanilla frosting it tasted great my husband loved it.

OMG! YUM-O!! :) I added a bit of vanila to mine..came out GREAT! I also put over-ripe bananas in the freezer, whole, to defrost and use when it is convienent for me to bake
