About me
I used to do some catering, but now own a bead shop, where I spend my days with creative people! When I get home - late, usually - I can't wait to create something in the kitchen. We eat mostly organic foods, and I cook everything from scratch - including our bread, using wheat I grind in my Vitamix - so there are few restaurants that we like, thus we almost always eat at home. I'm always looking for quick, easy, but GOOD recipes, and love developing them.
