I am a secretary to a vice principal during the day and after a long day working with discipline students - I look forward to an above average dinner. I love to try different recipes all the time - escpecially with friends and family. My husband and I are avid campers and love the outdoors, biking and just hanging out with good company!

Thank you for leaving me the messages. I do not have a gluten free diet, but my girlfriend does so I know quite a bit about it. I was making the cake for her. I tried it with the juice, but either the cooking time is off a bit or I didn't have my oven rack set at the right height because after 35 minutes the cake still wasn't quite cooked 100%. We still ate it though and it was very good. Everyone's oven is a little different. I will make this again and adjust my oven rack and cooking time. Thanks for the recipe.
