I tried it with the juice, but either the cooking time is off a bit or I didn't have my oven rack set at the right height because after 35 minutes the cake still wasn't quite cooked 100%. We still ate it though and it was very good. Everyone's oven is a little different. I will make this again and adjust my oven rack and cooking time. Thanks for the recipe.
