About me
I'm a wife, mother and grandmother in Plano, TX. My son and daughter and DH's two daughters are grown and gone so it is just me, hubby and our cat, Little Bit. I've always loved to cook and most of my favorite recipes are the result of growing up in Atlanta and living in Texas for almost 40 years so they don't tend to be very healthy. We've become more health conscience the last few years so cooking isn't as much fun, but we have our splurge days and totally enjoy what we eat those days even more.

Louis Amstel teaches tonight actually before Richard Simmons class in Beverly Hills and Lisa Renna not sure I spelled her name right is also in the class...They have a dance studio in the valley and teach dancing. Richard rents Louis his space here. We do cha cha, quick step, samba and he's so flexible and light on his feet.
I think he's going to come back next season. If you come to LA you can take his class on a per class schedule for twenty dollars....He's really good. I thank you again and also love your recipes...susie

Hi...Just to let you know that I made Dreamfields pasta tonight for my hubby and it's great for diabetics and so low in carbs so please do eat it and don't worry..I have actually lost weight with it and it really good for you...
I can't find any other pasta like it.....and I love your reicpes, as well...take it easy....susie

Sounds great! I will be making this tomorrow, I think. I love spinach salads but have grown weary of my usual poppyseed or balsamic dressings. :)
