About me
I have lived in Canada for 2 1/2 years. I come from Sheffield, Yorkshire, England. I drink lots of tea, although since living in Canada I am hooked on Starbucks' Latte. I am trying to cut down on my Latte's, not just because they are costing me a fortune each time I walk or drive by a Starbucks, but with every Latte I have to have a piece of lemon cake or a chocolate pretzel which makes having a Latte very unhealthy.

I've always been a softie for the F.E.B., and it's still one of my guilty pleasures! Luckily, I can get black and white pudding at the butchers round the corner. Great recip

I visited a friend in Scotland a few years back, and he fixed a Scottish Breakfast which was very similar to this. He noted that the Scots have the highest rate of heart dise
