I drink lots of tea, although since living in Canada I am hooked on Starbucks' Latte. I am trying to cut down on my Latte's, not just because t hey are costing me a fortune each time I walk or drive by a Starbucks, but with every Latte I have to have a piece of lemon cake or a chocolate pretzel which makes having a Latte very unhealthy.
