About me
I'm a full time mamma/part-time database admin. living in Dallas, TX. I've got 3 little boys, a six year old and two 4 year olds (one of whom is special needs), so I keep very busy! I love to cook and entertain, and I'm always on the look-out for creative new dishes. One of my passions is "world" cooking, or cooking different world cuisines. I have a graduate degree in Cultural Anthroplogy and I've lived in Mexico, China, Brazil and Colombia, while my husband has lived all over Europe, so we use our eclectic backgrounds to help inform our dishes. As a guest, I've used the GroupRecipes site for lots of recipe inspiration, but I figured I should make myself an "official" member and share my recipes, too!
