    I made this tonight and my husband and I loved it. I added a touch of garlic powder and the tiniest dollop of sour cream. We thought we might miss our classic mashed potatoes with our meatloaf...but not at all! Thank you!

    Hello my friends....sorry I have not been on much. Lots of changes for me and cooking has kinna moved backward for me, for now. I have moved out on my own and awaiting for my divorce to finalize. I am in a small apartment and still don't have all my cooking stuff here.

    Hi Lissa,

    My recipe is very similar to yours less the cheese and I use one egg parsley and some spices. like Mexican I will send you my favorite salsa recipe which came form one of my Marines wives from Roswell New Mexico. i was told this would get me a wife in a moment by all my cohorts at work who have tried it

    I'm making my cauliflower soup as we chat. My version of the recipe includes an egg near the end of the cooking.
    I love to cook and eat so I exercise a lot .
