About me
I am striving to be healthy...I do not eat any fast food...NONE... and only once in a blue moon go OUT to dinner. Anything on a food label I can't pronounce...I DON'T EAT...I try to make everything myself including ketchup! High Fructose Corn Syrup is EVIL I swear its in 90% of store bought packaged goods!...So I stay as far away from any chemical, steroid, altered, enhanced foods as possible. I also grow my own if I can...and I don't eat the MOOooooo....
