    Thank you. Luckily, the thighs came from chicken quarters and they had a bit of bone on the bottom. So, the meat didn't burn at all. I think I'll try this again with lower heat. Thanks for fixing the recipe.

    Hello, I'm really fascinated about your black garlic. I have been trying to manipulate the perfect recipe for it. I seem to fail with it. With the rice cooker how much water do I use or should I add something like soy sauce. If you Can give me a little detail to make it properly that would be awesome.

    I saw your recipe for a spicy tuna roll, and I wanted to ask your opinion. My old man is a huge sushi fan, loves it, and wants to learn to make his own. Are the "make-your-own kits" you can buy good or a waste of money?
