    You must not know how annoying it is to read your comments. Everyone has different tastes. Yours obviously is more authentic considering where you live. Who are you to judge how these recipes are made. Stop being so rude.

    I see you have no cooking friends and I can see why. I found this recipe made it and this is the tile. If you don't agree fine but you don't have to make a big case out of it. This site is a great place for fun recipes and good hearted people you should think about that.

    I've been checking out your observations on other recipes. You obviously have a huge chip on your shoulders and have deeper issues within yourself. This is not the place to express prejudice. Food is universal my friend. No matter how you look at it and we all, including yourself have something to learn. I hope you get it. Otherwise you will become what you hate and that is sad. Hop on board with the rest of us and have a good time here.

    Hello Liuzhou. What kind of discussion are you trying to engage in? Firstly, if you read the recipe titled Chinese Chicken Salad you will see I did not name the recipe. It was taken from Williams-Sonoma Cookbook as I clearly indicated. The answer to your question is obvious. The recipe calls for Asian Sesame Oil, Ginger, Soy Sauce and Red Pepper Flakes. If you disagree, that is allright. This is a friendly and warm site for people that love to cook and experiment with food. It is not a hostile or intentionally offensive environment. I would love to see some of your cooking ideas. Educate us rather than throw questions out and hide. Did you like the sound of my recipe? What kind of food do you like?

    Hi Luizhou about your comments on the oriental prawns .I called it oriental becouse of the garlic and spices in it but if you have a different idea, just post it and i'll be gratefull .

    Luizhou - Welcome to the site and the foodie family. I will assume the question you posted on my Oriental Chicken Tenders recipe was in jest as I'm sure it's appropriate in you culture as well as ours if you don't have anything nice to say you say nothing.
