I'm an avid cook and recipe adapter. I can't help myself I always tweak recipes. I cook just about everything but I do enjoy baking. My most extreme cooking moment was when I made an entire Thanksgiving dinner in the fireplace in my kitchen a la pilgrim style. I also enjoy cooking over the campfire in the White Mountains.
