About me
I live on the east coast of England and I like the simple things in life - rainbows, watching the waves break upon the shore... my food and my other half, KT! ;o) I'm a mum of 4, fastly growing up children who have all been interested in helping out in the kitchen since they were toddlers and who are all able to cook many different dishes. We like to cook as a family, and I think the best dinners are the one we've all helped prepare. I LOVE Marmite and have found quite a few ways to incorporate it into dinner when times have meant tightening our belts - it certainly has jazzed up a few otherwise boring dinners!
