About me
Cooking for me is like creating a landscape for the palate. Creating a good dish doesn't have to be tedious, but fun. I believe a cook can create a wonderfully tasting dish with just a few flavoring enhacing ingredients~Garlic, onions, herbs, spices, cream, butter, chocolate, wine... We live in a world today which allows us to access recipes from the most incredible cooks in the world... And the thing I love the most is that I can access a recipe, study it, try it and enhance it to my liking with no problem. So, I hope that the recipes I will share will be a guiding inspiration you can complete with your own touch... Bon appetite!

Thanks for answering my invite...The celiac isn't so hard to work around any more--I've gotten used to swapping out flour for sweet rice flour, amaranth, teff, etc. I tend to stay away from rice flour & tapioca starch as they have so little nutritional value. The amaranth & teff have great fiber & protein along with good taste! I'll be posting my version of gluten free amaranth bread soon...one of these evenings when the kids are asleep & I'm still awake! HA! :o)
