About me
Cooking for me is like creating a landscape for the palate. Creating a good dish doesn't have to be tedious, but fun. I believe a cook can create a wonderfully tasting dish with just a few flavoring enhacing ingredients~Garlic, onions, herbs, spices, cream, butter, chocolate, wine... We live in a world today which allows us to access recipes from the most incredible cooks in the world... And the thing I love the most is that I can access a recipe, study it, try it and enhance it to my liking with no problem.
