I'm a former professor and psychotherapist, managing a string quartet. I've an insatiable appetite for Mahler, Wagner and any of those romantic madmen who probably died before their time from eating heavy sausage! Here in beautiful Guanajuato, the food is reprehensible - the years I spent in the culinary capital of la República, Oaxaca, have completely spoiled me, so we need to have more Oaxacan recipes on line - however, findind any decent seasonings here is a joke.
