About me
"LOBSTER"....I enjoy cooking of course, but I don't always follow a recipe as written. I like to adjust things to suit our tastes and our eating goals (healthyish..leaning that way more and more, but my guys don't realy know that so we'll just keep that between us).

Lobster, not a silly question. You can rub it down with olive oil if you like - we don't eat the skin so I don't but it does make it look better (crispy) I use a propane gas grill too. It doesn't use up too much - well I've never run out cooking it. It depends on how big your tank is. Mine is a 5 gallon. But just this last few weeks I have done ribs, salmon, chicken, steaks, and still have propane. If you are low already, you might want to get a new tank before starting.
