Lobster, not a silly question. You can rub it down with olive oil if you like - we don't eat the skin so I don't but it does make it look better (crispy) I use a propane gas grill too. It doesn't use up too much - well I've never run out cooking it. It depends on how big your tank is. Mine is a 5 gallon. But just this last few weeks I have done ribs, salmon, chicken, steaks, and still have propane. If you are low already, you might want to get a new tank before starting.

Thank you for your kind words as well. Regarding the high five:
All you need to do is access a recipe, and on the right side column, go to 'Rating and Honors' ---- if you want to rate it a five, click on the '5th fork'.
If you don't like a recipe, click the first fork. If you liked it, but don't consider it rates a fiver, click between two and four. Hope that helps.
