About me
I enjoy cooking (and eating) I've worked in a wholefood store and in a wholefood restaurant. I'm currently working on a vegan diet, lots of proteins and healthy fats, raw fruit and vegetables, with low carbohydrates and six meals a day. It took a few days to get used to the food and planning lots of 'little and often meals' but now..........
