I love recipe books, but once I've tried something new I just can't help changing it to my own tastes. I can be quite adventurous, but mostly my cooking leans towards rich, filling dishes. I've been visiting london and all around scotland these last few days and trying all sorts of local foods..

reminds me of something i got at M&S...
i LOVE their prepared foods...
we have nothing like it in NY...

oh -we have loads of good prepared foods....
but totally different styles and ingredients for the most part...
the Brits just do 'hearty' so well...
and so many CHEESES!!!...
