I also use plastic bags for sweating roasted peppers however in this recipe I use six large Bell peppers along with the Jalapeños.
I would have needed to many of the plastic bags so I went with the alternative this time.
I see from Vickie's comment you grow tomatillos like I do in the summertime they are so prolific and delicious in all types of recipes. Do you can them , freeze them foe winter use?
