About me
Much like all of you, I love to cook and bake, and my diverse palate for food stretches throughout most cuisines of the world. I enjoy shopping in international grocery stores to find the necessary ingredients to create some of my favorite authentic dishes. However, living in Chicago, with all this great city has to offer in restaurants, I probably dine out more than I do cook. Believe it or not, I'm not too fond of chocolate, and I prefer pie over cake, unless of course it's cannoli cake! I have read a few member's profiles and discovered that I am not the only foodie who reads a cookbook from cover to cover..lol My other passions are that of music which varies in a wide range of genres, gardening, repairing computers, photography and fractal art. I'm a fan of the television series, Lost. I'm also a member and artist at Caedes.net, one of THE best sites for desktop wallpapers. I encourage you to check it out.
