You never had tri-tip? damn girl you be missin out. go to wikipedia dot.com and punch in tri-tip, give you the history, i think its a california thing. Weather where i live is 70-80 F all year so i always cook. Glad your out of hibernation : )


Hows life treating you? hope all is well, summer is hear and the surf has been great the last few weeks!!!!! : )


Never been to that side of the world. have friends who have surfed all over, j bay , cape town , durban (i think that is what its called) you ever been out this way? water is cold right now , about 55 f, but warm up in summer to 70 f. we have had good swell the last month or so, look forward to your recipes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! jason
