About me
I live in NW GA far away from the nearest grocery store, but make a regular trek to Atlanta for culinary delights. I have owned two restaurants and worked in many more, but I buy my groceries now courtesy of a geek job. Better hours, better money. And I can cook what I want when I want! I love spicy food, with interesting and unusual flavor combinations. And Escoffier style cooking, minus the aspic. Sauces of all kinds are my guilty pleasure. When I am not working, parenting or cooking, I ride a mule and take folks out on trail rides for a dude ranch.
