About me
My mom is a great cook. She taught my sisters and I to cook from a very early age. She did this not only out of necessity but also out of an ardent desire to share what she loved most; food. My mom loves to cook and eat. And she has passed that on to me...a dangerous combination indeed! But I am grateful to her, for she has passed on many excellent traditional cuban dishes and recipes that I am proud to share and enjoy from time to time. I also take pleasure in collecting recipes and experiencing different cultures thru food and my tasty taste buds. Happy Cooking, Amigos!!
